Dua Before Wudu and Dua After Wudu
Dua Before Wudu and Dua After Wudu. "Allah doesn't intend to hassle you, but He means to cleanse you and perfect His favor to you, so that you might give many thanks". (Quran, 5:6)
There are 2 kinds of tidiness and filtration the first is your internal filtration (of mind) and second external is external filtration (your body).
In Sahih Muslim (book 2 hadith 1) it mentions "Tidiness is fifty percent of belief".
Develop Wudu before praying is mandatory. If you are looking to earning your Wudu much more effective you can copy certain Dua's the Prophet, tranquility and true blessings after him, used to earn.
The chances are you probably currently know these 2 supplications.
This Dua isn't mandatory (but suggested) as this is the sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
Dua Before Beginning Wudu
The Dua before beginning wudu is simply reciting bismillah,
Bismillah
Transliteration Bismillaah
Translation - In the Name of Allah.
Told Hadrat Umar ibn Al-Khattab (RA). He listened to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) say,
"None of you makes wudu and finishes the wudu, after that says: I birth witness that none can be worshipped other than Allah Alone, He has no partners; and I birth witness that Muhammad is his Messenger, other than that 8 Entrances of Heaven are opened up for him, so he may enter by whichever he pleases."
Related by Muslim, Abu Dawood, Tirmidhee, An Nisaae, and Ibn Maajah.
So remember the Dua for after wudu is the Shahada, here's Arabic transliteration so you might recite it.

O Allah! Make me amongst those that repent, and amongst those that cleanse themselves.

Benefits and Why You Should Recite This Dua
Before carrying out our prayers be it obligatory or sunnah prayers, we are still required to perform the ablution or a wudhu as a type of self-purification. As the niyyat of wudhu is obligatory, there is some dua that complies with that could complete the routine which is this dua. Although isn't a responsibility, is still a suggested step to recite to perfect your wudhu.
The wudhu itself is a type of worship and refining the ablution before prayers is among the best deeds to also perfect your prayers as you have the ability to remember that the prayer is performed in the best form that you could. Removing anxieties and concerns over your prayers such as whether you did it, is it the correct variety of rakaah, and so on.
The dua itself comes with several significances that we as people are suggested to recognize and recite throughout our day, as a type of keeping in mind Allah and his Achievement. It's a dua which is composed people affirming Allah's Oneness which the Prophet SAW is His Messenger, with wishes of being amongst the repentant and those that cleanse themselves, and for asking mercy and repentance.
Final thought
Ibadah is insufficient without dua.
In dua, an individual proclaims his conviction in Tawheed (monotheism) and rejects all fake gods.
His belief in Allah enhances with each Dua.
He pleads Him, recognizing his vulnerability.
An individual participated in dua truthfully and really acknowledges and strengthens the link in between himself and the Developer via his deeds.
That's what worship is all about! Additionally, as an all-natural result of sincere adoration, such an individual can never ever become arrogant or happy, whether Dua after wudu or other prayer.
